Get to know John

With 15 years of experience, John has held roles at Royal London, Bank of America and Bank of New York Mellon. He has been part of Stratton since the firm was founded and now oversees the advisers and paraplanners responsible for delivering its financial advice.

A Chartered Financial Planner and Fellow of the Personal Finance Society, John specialises in holistic planning and complex financial strategies. Alongside his leadership role, he advises families with significant and interconnected financial affairs, helping them understand their options and make informed decisions.

John lives in Manchester with his wife and two daughters. A Manchester City season-ticket holder, he enjoys most sports and plays football, padel and golf, although, by his own admission, none particularly well. He is also a keen food lover.
