Holly O’Hara

Before joining Stratton, Holly spent nine years at boohoo as a user experience manager, delivering projects and leading a large team. That experience now shapes the people-centred approach she brings to her role as Director of Operations.

Holly oversees the people, projects and processes that keep Stratton moving forward, including HR, marketing, IT and payroll. She is committed to creating a positive culture in which colleagues feel supported and able to do their best work. Whether improving a process, introducing technology or managing a major project, her focus is helping the firm deliver consistently excellent client service.

Family life keeps Holly busy outside Stratton. She also enjoys drawing, reading, walking, and almost anything related to food, from cooking and dining out to collecting cookbooks.
